ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY industry, looking for high qualified candidate for MECHANICAL ENGINEER LEVEL 4 position at the moment.

• Working place: DONG NAI
• Report to: Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all ILT & OJT training program for technician level 3 or equivalent. 
• Be a team leader of all maintenance, minor component repair an troubleshooting.
• Be a team member of all maintenance, component repair, top end overhauling, major overhauling and troubleshooting.
• Report timely and correctly.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints, technical issues.
• Promote good customer relationship.
• Take part in identifying service sale opportunity.
• Maintain a learning environment at workplace, coaching and evaluating (assessment) technician performance at lower level.
• Promote safe work place and contamination control compliance.
• Other task as assigned by Direct Supervisor.

• Degree of technical engineering from University, College, or Vocational School. 
• Technical knowledge of Caterpillar and allied equipment (Caterpillar certificate is an advantage).
• Good in Industrial Machinery product knowledge and technical skills.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, repair, major overhauling and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Service Department functions with at least 2 years experience in technical support or equivalent.
• Good Industrial Machinery Software Skills (SIS, ET, Technicians Workbench).
• Knowledge and demonstrated ability in customer relations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Good English: Listening, Written, Reading, Speaking

• Salary: 16.000.000-25.000.000 VND
