MECHANICAL ENGINEER LEVEL 3

ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY industry, looking for high qualified candidate for MECHANICAL ENGINEER LEVEL 3 position at the moment.

• Working place: DONG NAI
• Reports to: Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all ILT & OJT training program for mechanical engineer level 2 or equivalent.
• Attend ILT & OJT training program for mechanical engineer level 3.
• Act as a team member of all maintenances, component repairs, overhauling, troubleshooting, pre-delivery and commissioning.
• May be requested to act as a team leader of all maintenances, specific component repairs, specific troubleshooting, pre-delivery inspection and specific commissioning after passing training program for level 3
• Report timely and correctly to direct supervisor 
• Complete work order documentation and liquidation on time 
• Minimize reworks 
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints, technical issues.
• Promote good customer relationship.
• Take part in identifying service sale opportunity.
• Maintain a learning environment at workplace, coaching and evaluating (assessment) technician performance at lower level.
• Promote safe work place and contamination control compliance.
• Ensure company policy and workplace procedure/process is strictly complied.
• Achieve assigned KPIs.
• You are requested to participate & contribute as a team member for above responsibilities & other tasks as needed. 

• Degree of technical engineering from University, College or Vocational School. 
• Technical knowledge of Caterpillar and allied equipment (Caterpillar certificate is an advantage).
• Knowledge and skill of equipment maintenance, component repair, major overhauling and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Service Department functions with at least 2 years experience in technical support or equivalent.
• Knowledge and demonstrated ability in customer relations.
• Good health for offshore works.
• Basic computer skill (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Good English: Listening, Written, Reading, Speaking

Salary: 13.000.000-19.000.000 VND
