ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY industry, looking for high qualified candidate for ELECTRICAL ENGINEER 3 position at the moment.

• Working place: DONG NAI
• Reports to: Service Manager 

Key Responsibilities

• Execute as a team leader for all pre-delivery inspections, electrical commissioning, minor component repair, advance troubleshooting tasks, setting common GENSET control panels. 
• Execute and/or supervise work permits, assignment, daily report, technical supports, parts survey, parts delivery, technical reports, core return and closing job.
• Complete all ILT & OJT training program for technician level 2 or equivalent. Attend ILT & OJT training program for technician level 3 (Electrical technical analysis level 2, Engine Electronic, Application & installation, engine commissioning).
• Promote good customer relationship.Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
• Take part in identifying service sale opportunity and competitive product information.
• Maintain a learning environment at workplace, coaching and evaluating (assessment) technician performance at lower level.
• Ensure company discipline, policies, workplace procedures and contamination control compliance are strictly complied.
• Other task as assigned by Direct Supervisor.

• Good in CAT product knowledge and technical skills.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, repair, major overhauling and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Service Department functions with at least 2 year experience in technical support or equivalent.
• Good CAT Software Skill (SIS, ET, Technicians Workbench).
• Knowledge and demonstrated ability in customer relations
• Basic computer skill (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Good English: Listening, Written, Reading, Speaking

• Salary: 13.000.000-19.000.000 VND
