HR SUPERVISOR

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Electrical sector and is looking for a HR Supervisor highly qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ba Ria - Vung Tau
• Working time: Mon - Fri (and 2 Saturday/month)
• Salary: 25-30mil/month
  

MAIN DUTIES

• Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with labor laws and company goal.
• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and performance evaluation systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Vietnamese labor regulations, social insurance policies, and tax laws.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent; experience with online recruitment platforms and university partnerships is an advantage.
• Lead organizational training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Support external audits and maintain the integrity of HR data in internal systems.
• Ad-hoc tasks.
  

• 5–7 years of HR management experience, with strong expertise in payroll, labor laws, and talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree or above in related fields.
• Fluency in Chinese, good communication in English is a plus
• Skilled in MS Office, Canva, Visio. SAP experience is an advantage.
• Flexible mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and information delivery skills.
• Ability to plan, allocate, and manage work effectively.
• Willing to travel to China and Taiwan for business trips.

• Two Saturdays off per month.
• 13th-month salary bonus, semi-annual bonuses, and annual salary reviews.
• Full compliance with regulations outlined in the Labor Law and Social Insurance Law, additional 24/24 accident insurance package.
